  FingerTec’s Warranty Period is
  Now 36-month!
 
FingerTec has always prided in giving the best support to our customers and enhance our niche in marketing our user-friendly products. It’s been a continuous effort by us to improve our product quality and support to not only our resellers, but extended to the end-customers too. One such way is through our Global Product Warranty. Previously, FingerTec offered a standard limited warranty of 24 months for end users and 28 months for resellers, but that is about to change very soon.
 
Starting 1st January 2014, FingerTec is proud to announce an extension of another 12 months to our warranty period! With this new policy, the warranty period has been extended to 36 months for end users and 40 months for resellers. This ensures that FingerTec dealers will gain an advantage in the ever-competitive market of biometric products with better support from the manufacturer and the new extension in the warranty period is also a testament of our commitment in providing clients with quality products in years to come.
 
Another good news is in place where in January, FingerTec will also be offering refurbished parts at a slashed price for interested resellers. These used spare parts are physically in good condition and have been reprogrammed to suit the current system by our very own technical team. The refurbished parts however come in limited quantity and some are specific to a unique system only. Contact info@fingertec.com for further enquiry about the refurbished parts.
