New features 1 |
Now there is a “Department” filter when viewing attendance report of the users. This means that you’ll be able to view and compare attendance reports of all the staff in the department that you have specified. |
New features 2 |
There is also an option to export an attendance summary with the information of the total amount of working days available. This column is labeled “Count” and calculates the total amount of working days in within the time period that you have specified. |
New features 3 |
The third new feature involves the door monitoring feature. Under the Terminal Data Audit List, the “Event” column, which shows the status of each controlled door, is now colour coded. |
The column is highlighted in red for the door status of Force Open and Door Held, and highlighted yellow for the door status Door Closed. |
The same applies to the Monitor Terminal Activity page, which shows the door status in current time. However, for this page, there are 2 more additional features which are: |
I. A “Clear” button, to allow an administrator to clear the record; and |
II. A sound indication during a Force Open status or Door Held status. |
