  Recap of The First Year        
   
We kicked off 2014 with the official launching of TimeTec Cloud on January 14th, and throughout the year TimeTec Cloud R&D and Marketing Teams have been finding ways to improve and add more useful functions on the software as well as making it more effective and user-friendly for our esteemed users. A considerable amount of effort has been poured into TimeTec Cloud development simply because this is the trend of today’s business and we are proud to offer TimeTec Cloud as a time attendance management system on cloud platform.

Cloud technology such as TimeTec Cloud is definitely the way go. In this precarious economy, system flexibility is crucial to any company. Cloud provides a company with elasticity to scale up and down depending on its budget and requirements. And when the service/system is no longer required, it could be terminated easily and promptly without much risk and obligation on the company. Another factor to cloud effectiveness is the security issue, which usually has been well taken care of by the provider. Hence, security should be a non-issue to users. Similarly, cloud system can reduce various costs for example the company’s maintenance fees such as servers, software, update fees, support fees, and etc. And best of all, cloud is accessible from almost anywhere through computer and mobile devices; centralization of data in cloud system is second to none, providing users with total convenience.

In 2014, we have made the following new features and improvements available on TimeTec Cloud to provide our clients with more
value for their money.
 
My Library
My Library is created for users to store important resources online and now you can find templates of letters, memos and announcements in the ‘Default Library’ section. Enrich your resources by adding more documents, add related web links, assign different access rights to folders and files to different user levels and upload files as big as 10MB.
 
Setup & Migration Wizard
In our effort to provide a hassle-free system setup for TimeTec Cloud users, Setup Wizard and Migration Wizard have been made available to provide assistance to TimeTec Cloud users.
 
TimeTec Cloud SDK
SDK is an important program for SI and developers to connect data from TimeTec Cloud to their own application. Do it fast and easy with TimeTec Cloud because now users can request for SDK directly from the system. Once application has been approved, login details will be provided automatically with login access to TimeTec Cloud Developer Program.
 
Troubleshooting Your Account Directly
In cloud technology, support is paramount to ensure that the system is running smoothly. In view of this, we have added a function in the system whereby you allow the TimeTec Cloud support team to access your account and complete the troubleshooting. This feature is optional and we leave it up to you to decide.
 
Post Attendance Directly to Selected Payroll
TimeTec Cloud now allow users to post attendances directly to selected payroll software like WinCom for Malaysia, MYOB and Unipay for Australia) and 10 other American payroll softwares. This is one of the most sought after features by many but right now, this feature is available for the 3 countries mentioned above. Readily Available Hijri & Persian Calendar
Not all Islamic calendars are created the same, thus TimeTec Cloud offers Hijri and Persian calendars to cater to different users in Middle Eastern countries.
 
One Language Is Good, 7 Languages Amazing
TimeTec Cloud now supports 7 main languages of the world and the team is in the process to have more languages available for different markets. For now, the 7 languages are Spanish, Arabic, Indonesian, Chinese Traditional, Chinese Simplified, Malay and Thai.
 
User Module
TimeTec Cloud User Module has been revamped and unified for a more user-friendly and intuitive interface, complete with Guide Me notes for referencing purposes. User Module also allows the import of user data directly from MS Excel Sheet for convenience.

•   To keep up with TimeTec Cloud development, the New Features button is added to the Home Page along with My Feedback button for you to provide us with feedback for improvement.

•   Improved response time of TimeTec Cloud.

•   Easy scrolling available on every page; where TimeTec Cloud detects the height of your monitor screen and determine the optimum number of data rows to be displayed on every page.

Starting September 2014, we have initiated the TimeTec Loyalty Program, a program that offers FREE Biometric Clocking terminal(s) that is delivered to your doorstep when you purchase TimeTec Cloud licenses for the duration of 12 months with a minimum of 3 blocks of users (equals to 30 user license). Once minimum subscription has been confirmed and paid for, FREE Biometric hardware will be sent directly to your address. The plug and play concept of FingerTec’s Biometric products ensures that the deployment of the TimeTec Cloud system is straightforward and tailored to your liking.
