| Now, our Global Warranty Registration page has been improved, so that the registration process can be quickened. Previously you had to key in both the model name and the serial number, and double check that they match accurately before submitting the form. This led to some mismatched forms where customers had to re-apply for their warranty. |
| After some reprogramming, FingerTec has created a Smart-Form where you would only have to insert the serial number of the FingerTec terminal, and the system will auto-update the model name for you! |
