FingerTec is always keeping up with the current technology; it’s apparent in the way we conduct our business over the Internet platform, not only to entice new opportunities, the Internet platform has become an integral part of FingerTec support system. FingerTec also ventures into social media this year, having an account in Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr, with an intention to keep our followers updated about the products and activities of FingerTec. Efforts are made to strengthen contents of the micro sites to serve our clients around the clock and user website has been revamped for better image and functions. On top of that we have also extended our Skype support to an additional three hours from 9am to 10pm at night for your added convenience. Our goal is to have a 24-hour support all year long clients and we are doing it in stages with your concerns in mind.

As at early Dec 2010, our growth rate increases at 30% rate in comparison to last year’s performance. This figure is contributed by the strengthening of our partners’ market positioning in their respective regions and as a result of our online marketing and soft marketing approach. |

Come every New Year, people are talking about the outlook of the year and what to anticipate or not to expect when the time comes. It’s like reading a horoscope at the start of the day; it could make or break you if you put your total trust in it. What’s more important than to anticipate what’s going to happen is to be prudent and hopeful besides putting extra efforts in making sure that we stand strong and always work hard regardless of the future challenges the year has in store for us.
2011 is a new decade of this millennium and we are excited to welcome this New Year with a lot of things planned for FingerTec. |

New Products
The trial version of the highly anticipated web-based software, TimeTec has been released in early November and FingerTec plans to debut TimeTec in the first quarter of 2011. The introduction of TimeTec would open a vast amount of opportunity for FingerTec and its resellers to tap into markets that require web application in time attendance and door access system. Running on MySQL and having a great interface, TimeTec is not a free application and the price will be advised when the product is ready to launch, most probably in February. |

| 2011 also will be witnessing FingerTec advancing itself in access security industry with an introduction of a series of controllers named FingerTec i-Hub. The i-Hub series caters to 1-door, 2-door and 4-door environment, suitable for various surroundings and requirements. I-Hub suggests centralization of access control devices made easy, planned to meet our customers by end of quarter two of 2011. The move to initiate door controllers will strengthen the brand positioning in the access security industry.
An additional two new products by FingerTec will be meeting customers in 2011. Face ID 3 with an improved algorithm, design and features is expected to be available before end of second quarter. Face ID 3 deploys single verification technique, dedicated to face verification technique only, providing variety to FingerTec product’s portfolio. k-Kadex is another addition to Kadex series and this one is designed specifically for code verification. |

FingerTec will continue to find ways to assist our resellers near and far with our resources and communication online. We will continue the time extension for our support in Skype while finding ways on how to do it much better in the future. In the spirit of Making Things Easy, FingerTec plans to simplify our product package to contain only one comprehensive useful CD that you couldn’t live without. This is in line with our effort to saving the environment by using less paper and less material. But, rest assure that this CD will contain all information you need and more, to get the best out of FingerTec products.Sales & Marketing
FingerTec will continue to travel the world in 2011, targeting Dubai, Argentina, Thailand, Taiwan, India, America and a few more countries. With introduction of new products and improvements in our existing solutions, we are targeting at least a 40% increase of sales in 2011. |
