For a small company on the East Coast of South Africa, I think Delija Dynamics has sold close to a 1,000 Fingertec readers since we started in 2006 ... not counting perfect but that's the quick calculation. For us, it is a great accomplishment!

I just want to say THANK YOU for all the support you've given us over the years. You are our only support and I know I can email you and your team. We always get a quick to reply even if it is my quick Skype messages. You've tried to assist for example with the VIP Payroll import via Ingress and even if we have to wait another year, it is ok ~ you always try and assist us as far as possible. I always know we can ask and you always try. We fully understand that not all can be done.

I always say: "I don't know what I don't know." I often feel a bit 'stupid or silly' when I ask questions but you always help even if it was something small or a mistake I made and I did not realise it. You never make us feel bad or ask the question "why don't you know". I have a few Fingertec Folders and Files on my PC and desk. I really try and keep up to date with the software but do fall behind sometimes as you've grown a lot during the years and improve the technology while we sleep... :-)

For you, so many things are happening behind the scenes that we have no idea. You service the entire world yet it often feels as if you only service us. You make it seem so easy yet I try and understand how difficult it can sometimes be for you and the teams to please everybody.
