On Thursday May 27th of this year, the first exhibition of the Seguridad Integral on a national level was inaugurated, where there was a series of presentations by national and international personalities, a seminar and certification programs on the implementation of security in all areas of practice. Just like a trade exhibition, this event was held in the Central American Hall of the Centro Internacional de Ferias y Convenciones (CIFCO).
Grupo Ejje participated in the exhibition of the event in which they unveiled their HR solution. As mentioned, this solution is an integration of two technologies to automate processes, provide efficient administration of Human Resources. |

The first component to this HR solution is the fingerprint time & attendance as well as access control systems of the world renowned brand FingerTec. FingerTec’s fingerprint verification devices capture the information of IN and OUT transactions of employees through the concept of "touch and go" as it can verify the users by just a quick scanning of their fingerprint. |

| The second component is a web application called ISI.Net, which integrates information from FingerTec’ time & attendance as well as access control systems for generating attendance reports and more. The information generated from the attendance reports allows automatic payroll calculations for generating a spreadsheet. It also manages all the information you need from your company’s human resources to simplify its management processes of the employee information, calculation of payroll, and attendance control, through the use of technology.
