| On March 12, 2015, FingerTec and Founder Purvar sealed a deal in a joint effort in launching TimeTec software in Mainland China. TimeTec is FingerTec’s time attendance cloud service powered by Amazon Web Services that has been marketed around the world with the exception of China due to the country’s restrictions in the Internet business and cloud services to outsiders. This signing with Purvar is a strategic move for FingerTec to tap into the enormous Chinese market and for Purvar to strengthen its presence with attendance cloud solutions in its local market alongside their other synergized applications.
Founder Purvar is not a stranger in cloud business; the company was founded by a group of Silicon Valley marketing and technology experts and China local software industry veterans and they have supplied cloud procurement to Hitachi, providing cloud platform named Fiyun and they are dealing with big data with Purvar Data. In this effort FingerTec and Founder Purvar are working together to repackage TimeTec as DJT - Dian Jiang Tai for China distribution and this solution will feature localized elements in Chinese language to match the local requirements and Purvar will be the exclusive distributor of DJT in China. The launch of DJT is scheduled in mid April 2015.
