By default, transaction logs exported from FingerTec Data Processor are displayed in a 24-hour time format. If, say for example, your software or payroll program requires transaction logs to be displayed in a 12-hour system (AM/PM) you will need to configure this through the Control Panel of your Window OS.
Select Control Panel > Regional & Languages > Time. A new window will pop up, as shown below. Now change the settings highlighted in red.
Save the settings and close the Control Panel.
After this, if you access your FingerTec Data Processor to check or export your transaction logs, they will be displayed in a 12-hour format.
If the problem persists, please do send us the FTDP.mdb file or allow us to remotely login to your desktop to fix the problem.
