The technical and commercial training held on the 16th & 17th March covered issues such as the science and technology of Biometrics, the FingerTec brand, FingerTec product descriptions as well as extensive technical information on configuration and installation of various FingerTec equipment such as TA100, AC900, i-Kiosk 100, R2, R2 + R2i, Kadex, and OFIS TA. The targeted audience for the training was Electronic Security Systems’ entire sales team and their 11 technicians, and the combination of technical and commercial training lasted for 14 hours, which were split between two days.
The Operations Manager of Grupo Ejje S.A., Mr. Douglas Guevara, believed that the training activity was successful. “Electronic Security Systems is confident that the said activity will be useful to their business processes and customer service as it would surely bring about great results for the biometric market in Guatemala” added Mr. Guevara. |
