| 1. | This FingerTec “Lucky Number 13” Contest (referred to in this terms and conditions as “Contest”) is open to everyone aged 18 years and above. This Contest, however, is NOT open to any FingerTec Worldwide Headquarters staff or immediate family of staff located or based at the following address:

| 2. | To be eligible to ‘share’ a post for entry to this Contest, participants must first ‘like’ the FingerTec Worldwide Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/fingertecworldwide. |
| 3. | For those who are already a member of the Facebook page, they may proceed to participate by sharing any of the three eligible pictures posted on 08/02/2013, 15/02/2013 and 22/02/2013. |
| 4. | The cut-off time to collect the “Likes” for each picture will be on 0900 hrs (GMT +8.00) on 15th February 2013 (1st Picture), 22nd February 2013 ( 2nd Picture) and 1st March 2013 (3rd Picture), and the winner will be announced by 1700 hrs (GMT +8.00) on the same day. |
| 5. | Each participant is entitled to win only one (1) prize. Selected winners will not be qualified to participate in the sharing of the next contest picture posted. |
| 6. | The winners of this contest will be decided by the highest number of ‘likes’ gained while ‘sharing’ the corresponding image posted on http://www.facebook.com/fingertecworldwide during one of the three periods. Only images with the Contest logo posted on 08/02/2013, 15/02/2013 and 22/02/2013 can be shared as a contest entry. |
| 7. | The captions of the ‘Shares’ are acceptable in any language, as long as they are not illegal, vulgar or offensive. |
| 8. | Participants who are suspected to be getting their “Like” votes illegitimately through external third-party sources other than Facebook, or through other illegitimate means will be asked to prove otherwise and failure to do so will result in disqualification of the participants immediately. All “Likes” must be given voluntarily by the respective individuals through Facebook. |
| 9. | It is the sole responsibility of the Contest participants to ensure their privacy settings configuration will allow the FingerTec Worldwide Facebook page administrators to view their shared photo. This is to allow accurate calculations in choosing the Contest winners. |
| 10. | FingerTec reserves the right to fully and/or partially use any and/or all of the ‘shared’ material for marketing purposes such as brochures, catalogues, company mottos and advertising mediums. |
| 11. | FingerTec, its employees, promoters, and program organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the participant or by any person in connection with the Contest. All winners assume liability for any loss, injury, damage or claims that may arise from participating in the Contest or use or redemption of any prize. |
| 12. | Upon the announcement of winners, all winners of the Contest will be required to contact FingerTec via email or Facebook message. In the event that no contact is received by the winning participant(s) in ten (10) working days, he/she shall be disqualified from the Contest and the next highest number of ‘likes’ from the same shared photo will be selected as the winner. |
| 13. | FingerTec shall assume no liability for any loss or damage to the prize(s), which may have been caused during transportation and/or delivery. |
| 14. | Any federal, state and local taxes that may be imposed in connection with the prize delivery are the sole responsibility of the selected winners of this Contest. |
| 15. | FingerTec shall distribute the prizes to the respective participants via Post or a Courier Service. FingerTec shall bear all cost of postage and transportation of all the prizes to the winning participants. |
| 16. | In the event that any participant possesses an address which is unreachable by the postage or courier service, the participant will be required to provide an alternative, reachable address, or arrange the collection of the prize(s) by himself/herself. Prizes will be kept for thirty (30) working days within the FingerTec WorldWide Sdn. Bhd. headquarters at the following address:

| 17. | FingerTec reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any of the prizes for those of equal or greater value. |
| 18. | By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and judges’ decisions are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained. |
| 19. | This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By participating in this Contest, you understand that you are providing information to FingerTec Worldwide and not to Facebook. |
| 20. | By participating in this Contest, you hereby irrevocably release and agree to hold harmless Facebook and its affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and representatives from any and all claims, costs, losses, liabilities and damages of any sort (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or otherwise, and whether arising in tort (including negligence)). |
| 21. | FingerTec reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Contest at any time without giving any prior notice to any party. |
| 22. | All applicable local laws and regulations apply to this Contest. |
