This ‘Point, Snap & Win’ contest (referred to in this terms and conditions as “Contest”) is open to all. |

Contestants must “Like” FingerTec Facebook Page to be eligible for this contest. |

Contestants can send as many entries as you wish. |

The photos must not be between 500x500pxl to 1000x1000pxl and the resolution must not be less 180 dpi. |

FingerTec shall not be liable for any submissions, which carry unoriginal photos or copyrighted photos; all liabilities for unoriginal or copyrighted photos shall be the responsibility of the contestant(s). |

FingerTec reserves the right to use the submitted photos for commercial purpose. |

FingerTec Worldwide Sdn Bhd will own all eligible photos submitted. |

FingerTec reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any of the prizes for those of equal or greater value. |

FingerTec reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Contest at any time without giving any prior notice to any party. |

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and judges’ decisions are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.;

Each contestant is entitled to win only one (1) prize. |

FingerTec, its employees, promoters, and program organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the participant or by any person in connection with the Contest. All winners assume liability for any loss, injury, damage or claim that may arise from participating in the Contest or use or redemption of any prize. |

Any federal, state and local taxes that may be imposed in connection with the prizes will be born by FingerTec Worldwide. |

All applicable local laws and regulations apply to this Contest. |

FingerTec will contact the winners of the competition via phone, email, or postal mail.
FingerTec shall distribute the prizes to the respective participants via Post or a Courier Service. FingerTec® shall bear all cost of postage and transportation of all the prizes to the winning participants. |

In the event that any participant possesses an address which is unreachable by the postage or courier service, the participant will be required to provide an alternative, reachable address, or arrange the collection of the prize(s) by himself/herself. Prized will be kept for thirty (30) working days within the FingerTec headquarters at the following address:

FingerTec shall assume no liability for any loss or damage to the prize(s) which may have been caused during transportation and/or delivery. |
