Changing step:
Remove and replace the new RS485 chip if you have RS485 connection issue. If the chip has been replaced but the connections problem persists, you will have to replace the IC Chip.

**The IC Chip must be purchased from FingerTec. Provide the model number of Fingerprint reader.
