| FingerTec has now released a new software update for the TCMS V2!
The new version of the TCMS v2.2.019 is available for download. Download and install the update to get the new improvements of the FingerTec TCMS v2 software. You can also update the TCMS V2 by connecting your PC to the internet, running the software and clicking the New Release option for an online update. |

| Compatible with Windows Vista and Seven |
| Previously, users with Windows Vista and Windows 7 OS must select the “Run As Administrator” command to install and execute the software, to avoid error messages from showing up.
In the latest version, you will not need to do this. Just double click to install or run the software; no error messages will show up anymore.

| Improved language translation |
| We improved the language translation for Arabic, Indonesian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. Change your PC locale settings and select the preferred language to run your software. There will be more translations released in the following updates. |

| Improved Online Monitoring Page |
 |
| In this version, the Online Monitoring page can detect and display false verification records as the Terminal Monitoring page does. In case a user’s verification is rejected, (fingerprint, card or password) in any terminal, you will see the words “False log” displayed on the screen in the Online Monitoring page.
Security managers/officers can monitor each terminal from the page and take action if necessary, when this message is displayed on the screen.

| Enhanced Job Cost function (applicable to USA) |

| A new “Help” button is available, to provide simpler and clearer instruction to guide you when editing attendance records under Job Cost.
A new work time calculation option is available for the USA market. Under the Clocking Schedule page, set the Break option to add a specified amount of time to the total work hours of and employee if they work more than the mentioned amount of time. The feature takes effect into each pair of Job Cost records.

| m-Kadex – False Logs |

| The software can now capture and display “False logs” under Terminal Data Audit List for the m-Kadex. You will see “False log” display on the page whenever a card isn’t recognized by the m-Kadex. |

Under Job Cost page, sort to view by user ID or name. |

Under User Management, select “Delete User (PC)” and “Username + Privilege + Password” to delete records under Username column. |

Under Staff Extended Leave, you can now purge leave records of the users which takes effect immediately in the Attendance Sheet. |

Under Time Zone, you can update the time zone settings to all color screen models with the FEM 600 core board. |

Users can use the TCMS V2 to connect to the FRIS 2 database to download transaction logs when using Lithuanian as the system locale. |
