FingerTec’s distributor in India, Compax Industrial Systems Pvt. Ltd. had put up an exceptional show at the recent exhibition, Biometrics India Expo 2007 held in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi India from 13 to 15 September 2007.

The 3-day show had attracted crowds from the industry as well as end-users from all over India. Manager for Security Products Division of Compax, Mr Sudheer Dhawadkar, made certain that all information required was made available by his team during the show for the target audiences. Ten units of working FingerTec readers were exhibited and software presentations were offered as and when required. Commented on the results of the show he said, “The responses were staggering and we expect to get at least six quality resellers from all over India to market FingerTec products actively in the market.”

FingerTec’s representative, Ms. Norana Johar was invited to attend the exhibition to get a better perspective on India biometrics market, particularly on fingerprint time attendance and access control segment. “India market is huge and the fingerprint products pricing are very competitive. Loyalty to a brand is hard to expect when lower price is offered elsewhere. While FingerTec strives to offer competitive pricing, we will not compromise on the product presentation and quality.”

Compax also invited their resellers from Karur, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Pune to join them at the show.
