Royal City Hotel, Kenya Implements FingerTec

In a hotel environment where workforce administration is a complicated task with shift rotations and various roster implementation around the clock, hotel managements worldwide are looking for ways to abridge the process while at the same time reducing cost and increasing productivity of every employee. Prior to the installation of FingerTec system, the hotel implemented manual book-recording system for all their staff’s attendance, which was proven ineffective with many loopholes that had been causing the management monetary lost at the end of the day.
