With plans to invest yet another $10 million to open up another 40 stores in the region, Sally Beauty Peru (SBP) acknowledged that it would be a near impossible task to manage and monitor staff movement and activity perfectly. Hence, investing in a time attendance and access control becomes inevitable. A plan was devised by Galexito Peru to install a Q2i device at the main office together with three more H2i devices that comes bundled with free Ingress software at three other Sally Beauty outlets in Lima to allow HR management to effectively and affordably manage the safety and time attendance of their employees at the main office with more similar device installations underway.

With the Q2i and the H2i in place, Sally Beauty Peru was delighted to achieve total control of time attendance and access control management with the Ingress software which provides a complete solution when centralizing, managing and monitoring door activity in FingerTec access control devices. Running on the familiar MS Word operating system, Ingress is an easy to use, IT-friendly software suitable for small-scale organization that provides elaborate access control features such as real-time monitoring, database administration and report management all in a single unified system. The Q2i and H2i’s three-pronged fingerprint, RFID card and password verification capability allows employees to freely choose their preferred verification method for easy clock-ins where data is easily transferred via a common USB flash disk for stress-free report generation in a variety of formats.
