YSG Hubs Ltd also has been providing Hublets, mini centers manned by Hub Attendants where customer care services are offered to students, travelers and other customers in various accredited institutions, transport terminals and selected spots. The Hublets serve as lifestyle merchandise pick-up centres, advert placement medium, feedback response and scratch card retailing centers. YSG Hubs Ltd is under YSG Group of Companies headquartered in Lagos, the capital city of Nigeria.

In their effort to manage discipline and productivity of hub attendants, the YSG management has decided to deploy an attendance system that could meet those objectives. The initial installation involved 21 units of FingerTec TA200 Plus PoE with Wifi that have been installed in all YSG Hublets throughout Nigeria to monitor the attendance of their Hublets’ stand managers. The biometrics technology helps to promote discipline and honesty when it comes to attendance and the tokenless concept of biometrics system also helps to reduce the cost of the management and provides effectiveness throughout. With wifi installed, the data from all the FingerTec TA200 Plus installed at those Hublets is automatically transmitted to the TCMS V2 software centralized at its headquarters in Lagos for the management to receive all the precise reports about the employees stationed at the Hublets. Hence, further analysis and improvements could be initiated from the reports/data obtained. YSG resorted to Face ID 2 for their operation and maintenance office in Lagos to mirror the luxury bus services they offer to their clients as well.
