FRIS 2 with R2 & M2
 

Good news! FRIS is now applicable in R2 & M2, TA100 and AC900. Get your fingerprint verified in the server and experience so much more by using FRIS 2. 

 

In the first development of FRIS server, the server only interacts with FRIS models (AC100Plus FRIS and AC800Plus FRIS); only these readers have the ability to send fingerprint templates to FRIS server. The FRIS server then verifies the fingerprint templates and return results to the readers. Verified transaction logs are stored in the server for future use.

In the second development stage of FRIS, the FingerTec® R&D team has enhanced and upgraded FRIS server to become FRIS 2 server. The new FRIS 2 server covers all functions and abilities of the previous FRIS server, plus it has extra features, capable of interacting with non-FRIS models such as AC900, R2 & M2, TA100 and etc.
 
1 to download/upload users from these readers.
2 to configure and upload time zones and group time zones to these readers.
3 to download transaction log from these readers and store them inside FRIS 2 server.
 
The FRIS 2 server can be used as centralized database of attendance logs. Each department can install TCMS V2 and access the FRIS 2 server to gather corresponding attendance logs for calculation and reporting works.
