FingerTec - A brand Above the Rest

As with all markets, FingerTec South Africa faces alot of competition from other biometric product resellers. There are hundreds of agents selling dozens of brands of biometric readers throughout the country.

So what makes us special and puts us above the rest? As part of Fingertec Worldwide, we pride ourselves in offering excellent service to our customers. We have various support technicians throughout South Africa who will attend to any customers needs within 24hours. Because of our service and the quality of our products, Fingertec is becoming one of many popular brands around the country with customers asking for it by name.

We have attended Securex - the largest security expo in Southern Africa - for the past two years. This expo showcases all the biggest brands and products in the security industry and has been a success for us since our participation.

2009 looks to be an even better year for the FingerTec brand and for us as well. We are working closely with various government institutions and we are receiving enquiries from companies over our borders.

Like with all products, we do experience a couple of problems. The labour law and labour market is very strict with its regulations and we do sometimes struggle to meet all our customers’ requirements with the current TCMS software. This has led to us programming various additional features and software.

All this has taken alot of work and effort and of course assistance from Fingertec Worldwide. We feel that if we can just keep providing our great service, to help iron out the problems that we have encountered with the TCMS software, then FingerTec will soon become one of the most recognizable brands in Southern Africa.
