One Bit Technologic of Peru, a fairly new addition to FingerTec’s roster of resellers in South America, has had their first successful small-scale installation using the FingerTec brand of terminals last month.

The installation was done in Colegio de Educación Basica Aprendiendo Juntos, right in the city of Lima, Peru. The school’s requirement was for a fingerprint terminal that would take less set-up time with a comprehensive software to facilitate the time attendance reports for the students as well as the teaching staff.

For this simple request, One Bit Technologic chose to install AC900 terminals. Having already sampled the said machine themselves, they knew it was the suitable choice for managing the students’ and faculty’s attendance records of Colegio de Educación Basica Aprendiendo Juntos. The connection was set up via TCP/IP. Indeed, they were very impressed with the quick and easy implementation as no high wires were needed and the equipment came with comprehensive manuals for the hardware and software. Most of all, the school administration was very pleased with the user-friendly fingerprint authentication terminal, how the installed reader aptly conforms to their requirements, and how the TCMS V2 software efficiently simplifies human resources management for them.
