Terminal Event Triggered Report

The report is applicable to all FingerTec door access terminals that are connected to the door sensor. Please change the door sensor mode to NC. Follow the steps below to change the mode.
 
Press Menu > Option > Access option > DSen mode > NC (normally close)
 
If you are using door sensor type NO, follow the steps above to change Dsen mode to NO (normally open).
 
Descriptions of the report details are listed below:
1- Open Suddenly
Someone opens door illegally without pressing the exit button that is connected to the terminal or without verifying himself at the slave terminal.
 
2- Door Opened
Someone opens door illegally without pressing the exit button that is connected to the terminal or without verifying himself at the slave terminal.
 
3- Go Off Button
Users open the door by using exit button connected to terminal. Normally the user will open the door after pressing the exit button. So in the event column, the Go off button will appear first followed by the Door Opened when the user presses the push button.
 
4- Door Closed
Door is closed properly after a user enters or exits an area.
 
5- False Log
A user fails to get verified at the terminal via fingerprint, password or card.
 
You must activate the Terminal Data Audit list to monitor the event transactions from the terminal.
 
In the Terminal Data Audit List, click at the “online” button.
