FingerTec Exhibits in Indocomtech 2012

Indocomtech has become the benchmark of IT industry in Indonesia, especially after setting some records on its number of visitors and transactions held in an exhibition. With over 300 participating companies and over 210,000 visitors, Indocomtech has become the key exhibition for the industry and it provide unlimited opportunity for Indocomtech participants.

This year, the show was held from 31st Oct 2012 until 4th Nov 2012, lasting the usual 5-day length of the exhibition to allow ample time for exposure. FingerTec’s official partner in Indonesia, PT Retailindo Technology, also known as Ritech for short, represented the brand in the high-traffic exhibition.

The PT Retailindo Technology team present to promote our products and services at the Indocomtech 2012.

We kick started the exhibition by using it as a platform to launch the web-based and cloud-based attendance management system, TimeTec Web and TimeTec Cloud. The introduction of these two attendance management software platforms is an important part of the Indonesian market here. As we live in a very big country, with the population spread out over several islands of land, managing attendance of a company located in different areas is a very common aspect of organizations in Indonesia. TimeTec Web and the soon-to-be released TimeTec Cloud will be able to cover that feature easily, plus, it would be able to provide transparency to both employer and employee when it comes to attendance and tardiness. We also included some of FingerTec’s biometric terminals to display to the public, such as the Face ID 3 and AC100C.

The promotion of TimeTec Web and Cloud gathered the attention of many visitors to the Indocomtech 2012. We received over 200 inquiries all together, some more serious than others, about the software. Although many still are a bit confused as to how it will function, we will work to overcome this in the near future, perhaps in the next Indocomtech held in 2013!
