The latest TCMS V2.2.012 update has 2 new features and 2 software bug fixes:
2 New Features
Allow user to download/update Card ID only
An option to deduct extra break time from working hour.
2 Software Bug Fixes
No more error display in gross wages report.
No more blank User ID if you enrolled users using OFIS scanner.
 
New features 1:
Allow user to download/update Card ID only
Previously you have to check all the filters to update user ID and their card ID to terminals. Now you can update your device Card ID only in order to update your device info data.
 
New features 2:
An option to deduct extra break time from working hour
The new feature allows an administrator to deduct extra lunch/dinner hours of users, who had extended their lunch or dinner hour from their regular break hours. Previously TCMS V2 did not allow any deduction of extra lunch/dinner hours from working hour, instead TCMS v2 considers these as “Short time”. In the new version, you can choose your option, either Short time or deduct from work time. To use this function, you must first go to “Clocking Schedule” and enable the feature by checking the “Do you want to deduct extra lunch/dinner time from working hour?” checkbox.
 
 
Software Bug Fixed 1:
No more error display in gross wages report
In the previous version of TCMS V2, errors appear in Gross Wages Report when you sort it by Group; see the details in the screenshot below. This software bug is resolved in this new version.
 
 
Software Bug Fixed 2:
No more blank User ID if you enrolled users using OFIS scanner
In the previous version of TCMS v2, the user ID is blank if the user is enrolled using OFIS scanner. This new version solves this bug.
