On June 2, 2015, TimeTec headed to the Malaysian Global Innovation and Creativity Centre (MaGIC) in Cyberjaya to partipate in an exhibition for the ‘Get on Cloud’ program organized by Cyberview – Tech Hub Enabler. This program is a public forum with presentations from cloud industry players and local cloud computing experts, such as Google, IBM Malaysia, and Microsoft Malaysia, sharing their views on how businesses can leverage on cloud computing. Around 200 attendees from all sorts of businesses were present for the program.

Although cloud-computing technology is fairly new in Malaysia, we received good responses from the attendees, who were interested in the cloud services that TimeTec offered. For the program, TimeTec featured both TimeTec; cloud-based time attendance and workforce management system and also EpiCamera; cloud surveillance solution for IP cameras.

Through this program, we met with many companies who were open to selecting cloud-computing services to enhance their businesses. After gaining such good responses from the program, we foresee a great potential in the Malaysian market for cloud services.
