The ISF Malaysia is an international exhibition and forum on security held in Kuala Lumpur recently, from the 26th – 28th of June 2012. It is held annually and is directed exclusively to trade visitors, shoppers and business people from the security industry.

This year, FingerTec participated in the exhibition, but this time, with an open style booth area, and lots of goodie bags up for grabs. The terminals displayed at the exhibition were the FingerTec R2, Face ID 3, and the TA100C. Special attention was received by the Face ID 3 as many people were excited to try out the technology, some even putting it to the test by covering half their faces and closing their eyes to see if the Face ID 3 still recognizes them.

In conjunction with the ISF Malaysia 2012, our headquarters also held a local promotion for all Malaysia resellers that took off well.

“We managed to get a lot of inquiries from this event, and have about 200 potential inquiries to follow up with. Our participation in the show was quite beneficial, as we received international exposure as well as local brand awareness,” mentions Mr. Curtis Tan, Local Sales & Marketing Manager of FingerTec Worldwide Sdn. With this successful participation in the ISF Malaysia 2012, lookout for FingerTec’s participation again in the ISF Malaysia for this coming year!
