TimeTec amongst early adopter of Cloud application; focusing more on UX to satisfy the customer’s experience

| TimeTec was showcased at CeBIT 2016 for the first time this year, featuring the latest TimeTec TA, cloud time & attendance solution for workforce industry and TimeTec Patrol, the cloud solution for guard patrolling for the security industry. And, I got the chance to experience the largest computer and IT expo in the world, a show that consists of 13 exhibition halls held in the cold Hannover Exhibition Ground, Germany. It was staged for 5 days commencing from the 14th until 18th of March 2016 with an entrance fee of Euro 60 per person. TimeTec booth was located at Hall 5, amongst the HR and ERP solution providers. |

As I skimmed through from one hall to another, as advertised the themes of the show revolved around ERP, Project Management, CRM, Cloud, Big Data, IT devices and, IT security enforcements. Aside from the big players like Salesforce, SAP, Amazon, GData and Microsoft, most of the other players are relatively novice in the business without offering some basic concepts for Cloud e.g., Do-It-Yourself, API Access, No additional setup, On-demand concept, etc, in my two cents worth. Cloud implementation should not only focus on the accessibility of data via the Internet, the application should also be equipped with elements of the Cloud. It’s not as simple as transferring a solution into Cloud and be done with it. Looking at the trend, I’m confident that TimeTec has the advantage of being the early adopter of Cloud technology and this will make us outstand our competitors in the time & attendance market as we continue to introduce cloud concepts and elements into our offered solutions. In addition, we will also start to introduce Big Data Analysis features in TimeTec TA soon. |

| During the show I also had the privilege to glance through a few payroll solutions like Sage HR Payroll and Datev Payroll from the German market. We are planning to have them integrated to all our solutions to cater to the local market needs. It is crucial to have a good localization support when it comes to marketing the software to the non-English speaking prospects. Almost 90% or more of the resources in CeBIT was in German alone. TimeTec has always known the importance of localization and did the initial translations not only in the German language but also other languages of our target markets. |

| iBeacon technology caught my attention and we are planning to offer more options for Mobile Clock-In with this technology in the next phase of development. CeBIT 2016 was a great review of IT technologies and having experienced this magnitude of a show I am confident that TimeTec Cloud is set to go on a great journey in the cloud business. |
