| Online Activation Starts With TCMS V2 Version 24 |

| Version 24 is now ready for download! We are pleased to inform that the latest version of the powerful and comprehensive software, TCMS V2, is now available for all customers and you can download it from our website via this link. |
| So, What’s New? |
| For version 24, the Go Green DVD will not be supplied with the TCMS V2 software’s activation key. Hence, all activation must be done online. All you have to do is install the software and activate it via the Internet. The software will prompt you to “Activate the Software Online” or you can opt to proceed with manual activation if you have the relevant information with you. |

| Drop us an email with the subject “PRODUCT KEY AND ACTIVATION CODE REQUEST” complete with the serial number of your product which you can find at the back of the readers, or by accessing your hardware via this method: PressMenu > System Info > Device Info > Serial number. |
| Version 24 is also designed to support the latest Face ID 4 and Face ID 4d devices. |
| *Caution: If you are using Face ID 4, you should only install updates from version 23 and later. Please do not install version 22, to avoid any complications. |
