This is the second one we have purchased. If we need additional machines in the future we would definitely buy another one.

The set up was very confusing. This machine replaced a previous time clock that we had and it was a lot easier to install. It was a TA300.

I have purchase a Ta100, for a non IT person I found it very difficult to set up and the user manual is very hard to understand

Documentation for my TA100C has the over all instructions covered ok, but leaves out some important details to make installation and setup easier. It took me nnineteen hours to install and setup. Now for reports.

So far the Fingertec 100 is working fine. It is somewhat confusing to set up

I would rate it higher, but I have not recieved started using the devise. Still waiting for an email allowing me too.

Customer Service was great, fast, and easy to understand for setting up the product. The unit is working great so far and easy to understand.

I have not been able to successfully install the software so I have not been able to use the machine. Setup was easy and the machine does seem functional. I look forward to some support.

It has worked perfectly and Joel in your Fingertec USA New York office was extremely helpful. He not only called me back right away when I had emailed Fingertec Corporate instead of USA, he helped me pick the right machine for our needs after I had ordered the wrong machine. He also spent the time to walk me through the software. It was above and beyond what you usually get from a support desk.

(TCMS V2 software user manual) needs improvement & more details. Also the Arabic translation of this manual is poor. We purchased the TCMS V2 from a retailer in Jeddah (Techni Poles), whose follow up service is worse. Then we could get the name of the original distributor from Finger Tech page on the internet, of whom we could get the required assistance; but however, we have lost the service warrantee (of 1 year), and we had to pay for the assistance fee to the distributor "Global System Technology". we liked the product, but the software is not fully working. I had some questions and it was not able to solved.The support is not good, if you can send us online support address it will be helpful

so far, support rendered is satisfactory with vendor having good understanding of the machine function. newly bought machine malfunction but vendor managed to returned after two weeks repair.
