| 1. | This Got Time? Contest (referred to in this terms and conditions as “Contest”) is open to everyone aged 18 years and above. This Contest, however, is NOT open to any FingerTec Worldwide Headquarters staff or immediate family of staff located or based at the following address:

| 2. | The entree submission part of the Contest is open up to 29th February 2012, while the Facebook ‘like’ voting of the top 10 tagline entries will be open from 1st March 2012 to 15th March 2012. |
| 3. | FingerTec reserves the right to fully and/or partially use any and/or all of the contest submissions for marketing purposes such as brochures, catalogues, company mottos and advertising mediums. |
| 4. | Winners of the Contest will be announced on Facebook by 16th March. |
| 5. | Shortlisted will initially be chosen based on the most creative and unique entry submitted. At the final stage, the winner of this Contest will be chosen based on the most “like” votes received by each finalist’s taglines. |
| 6. | Only entries submitted in English will be considered for this Contest. |
| 7. | FingerTec reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any of the prizes for those of equal or greater value. |
| 8. | FingerTec reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Contest at any time without giving any prior notice to any party. |
| 9. | By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and judges’ decisions are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained. |
| 10. | Each winner is entitled to win only one (1) prize. |
| 11. | FingerTec, its employees, promoters, and program organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the participant or by any person in connection with the Contest. All winners assume liability for any loss, injury, damage or claim that may arise from participating in the Contest or use or redemption of any prize. |
| 12. | Any federal, state and local taxes that may be imposed in connection with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners of this Contest. |
| 13. | All applicable local laws and regulations apply to this Contest. |
| 14. | FingerTec will contact the winners of the competition via phone, email, or postal mail. In the event that no response is received by the winning participant(s) in ten (10) working days he/she shall be disqualified from the Contest and the next most creative tagline entrée will be selected as the winner. |
| 15. | FingerTec shall distribute the prizes to the respective participants via Post or a Courier Service. FingerTec shall bear all cost of postage and transportation of all the prizes to the winning participants. |
| 16. | In the event that any participant possesses an address which is unreachable by the postage or courier service, the participant will be required to provide an alternative, reachable address, or arrange the collection of the prize(s) by himself/herself. Prizes will be kept for thirty (30) working days within the FingerTec WorldWide Sdn. Bhd. headquarters at the following address:

| 17. | FingerTec shall assume no liability for any loss or damage to the prize(s) which may have been caused during transportation and/or delivery. |
